All Emails are Down - PayPal Purchase Offline - Cd's & T-Shirts Offline

It seems a large number of emails to the BobNarley.com website have been lost in cyberspace during the month of March and April. We have no idea why some emails get through and why some are not. We believe it might be the SPAM filter, but we are not sure. It's very odd as none have shown up in the SPAM box.

As a result of this email issue, we never received any transaction information from PayPal regarding purchases made from the website. Unfortunately, several people bought CD's and T-Shirts via PayPal, we never received notice of the purchases, and products were not sent out.

(Needless to say, Bob is pissed!)

Only today were we made aware of this situation when our Server Administrator received an email from PayPal.
I quickly issued a refund to all of the customers for the full amount of their purchase.

We are sorry to all of those who have tried to email members of the BobNarley.com website, as well as those who tried to make purchases throughout the month of April. The tech guys and I are looking into possible causes for these issues, and looking to see if there is any relation to the email problems and the massive database crash that also happened in April.

Please note that we have now removed the ability to buy the Bob Narley and Killer Kona Bud merchandise through PayPal. Once we are sure that communications are correctly back in place, we will resume the sale of merchandise.
