"Butterball" Parody Song in the style of Oasis "Wonderwall"
Thanksgiving comedy song.

This the final version of Bob Narley’s Thanksgiving/Christmas Comedy MP3, Butterball. Butterball is a very popular brand of turkey here in the United States, and is often used instead of the work turkey. i.e. "We are having Butterball tonight."

The original concept came from drummer Gary. It only took 10 years for Bob to finally write the rest of the words and record the music. All of the instruments are played by Bob Narley except the drums, which are courtesy of Beta Monkey Music.

Recorded by Bob Narley at his home production facility, this song is more of a parody of the Fred Durst version than that of The Who.

Hey Man, Nice Fart - Parody - Filter "Hey Man, Nice Shot"

This parody song was the first major hit recorded by The Killer Kona Buds. The song actually out performed Filter's song by several weeks on 98 Rock's top 10. Eventually, this song was bootlegged by Jacor, who became Clear Channel Communications, and distributed to their affiliate radio stations around the country. A radio station in Denver Colorado played the song every hour, on the hour, for weeks. The band never saw a penny, and ironically, it was Jacor who bought 98 Rock and fired Bob Narley a year later.

Written to be very FCC friendly this great parody song is not very politically correct. Still a favorite at live shows, Plump represents the punk style and attitude that Narley prefers.

Here is a great parody song in the style of Bob Marley's "Jammin". Recorded by The Killer Kona Buds in 2004, this song features the band line up of Gerry and Ken on guitar, Billy on Bass, and drummer Dave.
