Um, No.
My material is not licensed for broadcast.
I am not a member of the RIAA and they do not collect royalties for me.
Your license to play music does not cover my royalty fee's.
Too many suck ass dj's have stolen my material and played it over their lame radio show without my permission.
Even worse, they usually say it's their own. Bastards.
So, no, you can't play my stuff without my permission in writing.
If you have a good show, and I think your cool, and you give credit correctly, then I might say yes.
If you got a hot sister, then that helps too.
Passes to a local strip club? Now your talkin.
If you say "on deck" or "a little" or "the phrase that pays" then forget it. Your a dork.
If you have ever talked about Survivor on your show, then piss off.
If your station plays great rock music and you break the rules and play whatever you want.. then hell yes!
Can I Play Your Stuff on My Radio Show?
